Classes are designed to allow people from all ages to join in the fun and have a good workout. Each class is a latin inspired dance workout which is intended to be fun. We do not teach the technical elements of dance. In addition a fun dance workout , all members are given access to our superb online support sites. Each week the sites help to educate, motivate and inspire all our members to get the most out of their SlimDance membership.
